1:30 p.m.- Amber Marie Moritz, 24, Pella, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on a warrant for failure to appear. Released at 2:55 p.m. on a miscellaneous transfer.

11:45 p.m.- Charles Edward Penticoff, Jr., 45, Cedar Falls, arrested at Tama/Black Hawk County line by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of disorderly conduct. Released April 15 at 9:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:45 p.m.- Stephanie Marie Wood, 27, Traer, arrested in Traer by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released April 15 at 9:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Thurs., April 15

8:40 a.m.- Andrew Jacob Goering, 21, Garwin, arrested at Marshalltown Residential Facility by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on four arrest warrants for violating terms of probation.

5 p.m.- Toledo Police arrested a 14 year old female juvenile at Iowa Juvenile Home on the charge of willful injury.

Friday, April 16

1:45 p.m.- Armando Antonio Rivera-Martinez, 33, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on the charge of identity theft.

9 p.m.- Jessica Lynne Rischer, 20, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Hwy. 30 and C Ave., by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while license suspended.

10:30 p.m.- Brian Daniel Peshel, 42, Marshalltown, arrested at Hwy. 30 and AA Ave., by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released at 11:15 p.m. on cash bond.

Sat., April 17

3 a.m.- Donald Ray Griffin, 47, Traer, arrested in Traer by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of domestic abuse assault and willful injury.

1:20 p.m.- Hilario Rivera Martinez Jr., 18, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of interference with official acts. Released April 18 at 10:30 a.m. on unsecured bond.

2:42 p.m.- Kyle Benjamin Bracy, 27, Belle Plaine, arrested on Belle Plaine Road by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear.

10:30 p.m.- Gabariel Valencia Chavarra, 21, Toledo, arrested at Casey’s by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while license restricted. Released April 18 at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sunday, April 18

6:10 p.m.- Llewellyn Roberts, 46, Montour, arrested in rural Tama by Meskwaki Nation tribal Police on the charges of public intoxication-consumption and possession of controlled substances. Released April 20 at 10:40 a.m. on surety bond.

11:03 p.m.- Hope Diane Blue Earth, 53, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released April 19 at 2:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Monday, April 19

12:26 a.m.- Elevterio Romero-Mendez, 22, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on the charge of driving without a license. Released at 10 a.m. after pleading guilty.
