Monday, April 5

1:30 p.m.- Darlyn Rae Baneulos, 50, Cedar Rapids, arrested in rural Tama by Meskwaki Nation tribal Police on the charge of domestic abuse assault with injury. Released April 16 at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Tuesday, April 6

5:58 p.m.- Larry David Rogers Jr., 22, Conrad, arrested in Marshalltown by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, April 7

9 p.m.- Barry Lindsay Morgan, 37, Cedar Rapids, arrrested in rural Tama by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of attempted murder and willful injury.

11:47 p.m.- Danny Raymond Fouch, 59, Garwin, arrested at Tama Paperboard by Tama Police on the charge of drunken-drugged driving. Released April 8 at 3:30 p.m. on pre-trial release.

Thurs., April 8

11:42 a.m.- Lisa Marie Elm, 30, Tama, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and also by Tama Police on the charge of theft in the 5th degree. Released at 1 p.m. on surety bond.

Friday, April 9

10:30 a.m.- Emmanuel Jerome Dailey, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Toledo Police an an arrest warrant, two counts 2nd degree theft, forgery and ongoing criminal intent.

7:13 p.m.- Dallas Ray Poweshiek, 50, Montour, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released April 14 at 7:25 p.m. after serving time.

Sat., April 10

2:29 p.m.- Manuel Santos III, 43, Gladbrook, arrested in Gladbrook by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while barred, criminal trespass, and an arrest warrant. Released April 11 at 10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sunday, April 11

2:06 a.m.- Terrence Lamont Pollion, 30, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of possession of controlled substance-marijuana. Released at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
