Herrera promoted to customer service supervisor

Pinnacle Bank announces the promotion of Hilda Herrera to customer service supervisor. Herrera has been a valued employee of the bank and has a wealth of knowledge in customer service with her most current position being customer service representative. She provides the highest level of personalized customer service using her knowledge and banking expertise to help customers with banking needs. With this promotion, she will take on additional supervisory and training roles in addition to her current responsibilities contributing to Pinnacle Bank’s growth and employee development.

“I thank Pinnacle Bank so much for believing I was ready to take on a new role and more responsibility,” Herrera said. “I greatly appreciate the opportunity they’ve given me.”

Herrera graduated with a degree in Accounting & Business Administration and has been with the bank since 2021. Herrera is an active community member, and volunteers at the YMCA and St. Francis Church. Herrera and her husband Carlos reside in Marshalltown and have four children, Martin, Veronica, Leticia and Aristeo.
