Pinnacle Bank announce area promotions

Pinnacle Bank recently announced promotions for four of its employees.

Alyssa McCarthy has been promoted to Vice President/Financial Officer/Human Resource Manager. McCarthy joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank, in June 2014, as a summer intern. After graduation from college, she returned to Pinnacle Bank. In April 2016, she gained additional financial and human resource responsibilities and was promoted to Financial Analyst/Human Resource Manager. In 2018, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President. McCarthy has progressively increased her duties and expertise in asset liability management, human resources, as well as serving as the bank’s Security Officer and on multiple committees.

McCarthy graduated from Wartburg College, in Waverly, with a double major in Business Management and Accounting. She resides outside of Conrad with her husband, Zach, and their children, Cameron and Savannah.

Andrew Pool was promoted to Vice President/Chief Credit Officer. Pool joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank in September 2017 as Credit Analyst, and in October 2019, he was promoted to Vice President/Credit Officer and gained lending authority. He has rapidly grown his responsibilities in credit management, loan underwriting, lending, regulatory and loan review management, loan workouts as well as asset liability management, and serves on the bank’s loan committee.

Pool graduated from Northwest Missouri State University, in 2015, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance. He is a 2019 Iowa Valley Leadership graduate and serves on the Marshalltown Park and Recreation Advisory Committee and Iowa School of Banking Advisory Board. He resides in Marshalltown with his wife, Ashley, and their sons, Aiden and Asher.

Lindsay Halverson was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Loan Operations Manager. Halverson joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank in July 2016 as an Operations Processor, and transitioned in 2019, to a Loan Processor. Lindsay has taken on additional management, supervisory, and training roles in addition to her current loan processing responsibilities, contributing to Pinnacle Bank’s growth.

Halverson graduated from Kirkwood Community College with an AAS degree in interior design. She resides outside of Marshalltown with her husband, Wade, and their children, Taylor, Reagan, and Sawyer. She coaches many of her daughters’ youth sports and assists her children with 4H.

Crystal Regalado was promoted to Loan Processor. Regalado joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank in July 2021 as a Teller/Customer Service Representative. In her new position, she will be assisting the AVP/Loan Operations Manager to provide full-service processing for all types of loans.

Regalado graduated from Marshalltown Community College with a Dental Assisting Certificate and has almost 2 years banking experience. She resides in Marshalltown and has one daughter, Melanie.
