The public is invited by Hobart Historic Restoration this Saturday, Aug. 4, for a first look at their Otterbein Apartments located at 201 E. High St. in Toledo. The apartments will be open from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Otterbein was a rare Art Moderne church in Toledo that was built in 1946 on the site of the former First United Brethren Church which burned down in 1943.

Otterbein now houses 11 high-end apartments that range from studio to 2-bedroom. Rent ranges from $480 to $1300 and include water, sewer, and trash.

Tenants will be responsible for electric, cable, and internet (optional). Each unit has unique features that combine the modern style with the historic church accents. These units are currently open to lease with move-in fall of 2018.
