The State Bank of Toledo recently held its annual stockholders meeting and annual organizational board meeting. After 21 years of service as a member of the Board of Directors for The State Bank of Toledo, Mike Doyle has retired from his position.
As a result of Mike’s retirement, Tim Doyle was appointed to the open director’s position. Also at the bank’s annual meeting, Linda Bingham was promoted to Assistant Cashier.
Tim and his wife, Kira are actively engaged in the family farming operation. As a full time farmer Tim offers his agricultural expertise to our board. In addition, Kira works for Tama County Sheriff’s Office. They have two grown children: Brandon and Mahala.
Bank President and CEO, John Kavalier said, “I want to thank Mike Doyle for his years of service and expertise serving on our bank’s board of directors. The knowledge and experience that he has shared regarding the agriculture industry has served our board extremely well through the years.
“We are pleased to continue the wealth of knowledge that Mike’s son, Tim can provide and look forward to working with him on our board.
“In addition, I want to congratulate Linda Bingham on her promotion to Assistant Cashier. She has worked for The State Bank of Toledo for 21 years and will assume her new responsibilities with confidence.”
