DES MOINES- Iowa newspaper professionals will meet in Des Moines Feb. 7-8 for the annual Iowa Newspaper Association Convention and Trade Show.

The theme for this year’s event is “Take Five.” The outstanding programs during the event will provide convention-goers at least five ideas that will help their newspapers become more profitable, provide better content and lead their communities. Award-winning photographer and cancer survivor John Kaplan will share his captivating, photographic journey through his battle with cancer.
