5:50 p.m.- Hugo Talavera, 28, Waterloo, arrested in Waterloo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:42 p.m.- Ray Kennedy McKnight, 50, Toledo, arrested at 2nd Avenue and South County Road on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released on april 25 at 10:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
11:27 p.m.- Cody Daniel Smith, 24, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Seymour Street on charges of 1st degree harassment, false report of an indictable crime, interference with official acts and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on May 1 on personal recognizance bond.
April 26
3:30 p.m.- Kelli Lynn Elmquist, 43, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the 202 exit on U.S. 30 Expressway on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving while barred and open container of alcohol in motor vehicle by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release on April 27 at noon.

11:18 a.m.- Ashley Elizabeth Ahrens, 25, Waterloo, arrested in the 400 block of West Business Highway 30 on charges of controlled substance D felony, delivery controlled substance B felony, two counts of failure to affix tax stamp and interference with official acts by Toledo Police.
11:18 a.m.- Phoebe Blanche Kapayou, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of West Business Highway 30 on charges of delivery of controlled substance B felony, controlled substance D felony and two counts of failure to affix tax stamp by Toledo Police.
11:18 a.m.- Juan Miguel Sandoval, 32, Marshalltown, , arrested in the 400 block of West Business Highway 30 on charges of delivery of controlled substance B felony, controlled substance D felony, two counts of failure to affix tax stamp and interference with official acts by Toledo Police.
11:18 a.m.- Luis Mariano Sandoval, 33, Marshalltown, arrested in the 400 block of West Business Highway 30 on charges of delivery of controlled substance B felony, controlled substance D felony, two counts of failure to affix tax stamp and interference with official acts by Toledo Police.
4 p.m.- Tedlaan Jo Halverson, 50, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a charge of 4th degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 28 on personal recognizance bond.
6:50 p.m.- Jeffrey Wayne Miller, 37, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:15 p.m. after posting cash bond.

2:51 p.m.- Vincent Arlo Rider, 49, Clarence, Iowa, cited by the Clerk of Court for Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police for 4th degree theft.
8:50 p.m.- Merlin Forrest Choneska Jr., 40, Toledo, arrested by the Department of Correctional Services as a parole / probation violator in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive. Released on May 3 at 9 p.m. after serving time.
April 29
12:51 p.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 22, Montour, arrested in the 300 block of Eats Lincolnway, Montour, on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Tama Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on May 1 at 11:35 a.m.
April 30
6:24 p.m.- Demario Andrett Bonds, 26, Waterloo, arrested at Jiffy North on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding by Toledo Police. released at 10:10 p.m. on surety bond.
May 1
3:07 p.m.- Brooke Louise Davenport, 34, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West 4th Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on May 2 at 9:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.
6:20 p.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 31, Tama, arrested at Cissy’s LeGrand, on a charge of 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
May 2
8:09 a.m.- Nicholas William Zook, 31, traer, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and 110th Street, Buckingham, on charges of driving while barred, driving while suspended, speeding, following too closely and no proof of vehicle insurance by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 12:45 p.m.on surety bond.
2:28 p.m.- Roxann Rae Serr, 55, Clutier, arrested in the 800 block of 1st Street, Traer, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:18 p.m. on surety bond.
9:55 p.m.- Rebecca Andrea Coronado, 35, West des Moines, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and child endangerment by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on May 3 at 12:15 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
May 3-
Midnight- Evan Rose Kapayou, 44, rural Tama, arrested at 4th and McClellan on charges of simple domestic abuse assault, public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on May 4 at 9:36 a.m. on a promise to appear.
