Tama P.E.O. Chapter met August 13th with 12 members at the State Bank of Toledo Community Room. Hostesses were Sandra Svacina and Lori Kruse.

Lori Kruse gave us some information about Cottey College and told us where to go on line for more information.

Celebrating her membership anniversary was Trish Stadler.

Fundraiser during the month of July for our P.E.O Projects was very successful and Program for Continuing Education received $192.00, Iowa Friendship Fund $20.00, and Local Scholarship – $132, for a total of $344.

Lori Rushford and Trish Stadler had the best creative containers for their contribution for this fundraiser.

August is the time for the P.E.O. Cake Balls Annual Scholarship Fundraiser and we are offering a variety of delicious cake balls, homemade by our members, with Ghirardeli Chocolate. This year’s flavors are Carrot Cake, Almond Vanilla, Triple Chocolate and Salted Caramel. These can be frozen for the Holidays. Contact Sandra Svacina 641-751-4117.
