Arrest Report – Tama County Jail

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Nov. 12

Kristen Lynn Arp, 55, of Tama was arrested by Tama Police for interference with official acts and on a warrant for first degree burglary. Arp was released on Nov. 13 on conditions of a pre-trial release.

Nov. 13

Cody Michael Deaver, 37, of Ankeny was arrested by Meskwaki Police for driving while barred. Deaver was released the same day on bond.

William Mitchell Jones, 41, of Tama was arrested by Tama Police on a warrant for charges of going armed with intent, 1st degree burglary, 1st degree robbery, 3rd degree harassment and violation of a no contact order.

Robert James Morgan, 33, of Toledo was arrested by Toledo Police for driving while barred, failure to use headlights when required and failure to provide proof of financial liability. Morgan was released on Nov. 14 on conditions of a pre-trial release.

Nov. 14

Aaron Strellner, 36, of Tama was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office for an animal control violation.

Nicole Irene Herink, 39, of Traer was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office for 5th degree theft and for interference with official acts.

Nov. 15

Linda Kay Pearson, 49, of Newton was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office for OWI (2nd offense), failure to maintain control of a vehicle and an outstanding warrant from Polk County.

Nov. 16

Mauricio Casas-Mucino, 38, of Toledo was arrested by Toledo Police for public intoxication and for providing false ID to a law officer. Munico-Casas was released Nov. 17 after pleading guilty.

Kevin Ray Stull Jr., 29, of Cedar Rapids was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for domestic abuse assault (2nd offense) and for child endangerment (no injury). Stull was released on Nov. 18 on conditions of a pre-trial release.
