Sept. 16

Falon Taris Kapayou, 21, Tama was arrested by Tama Police Department for OWI-1st offense, driving under suspension, and failure to maintain control.

A JUVENILE was arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for simple assault.

Marlena Inez Choneska, 45, Toledo was arrested by Toledo Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear. Choneska was released on her own recognizance on Sept.17.

Sept. 17

Wesley Alan Bear, 44, Tama was arrested by Toledo Police Department for OWI-1st offense, driving under suspension, and provide proof of financial liability. Bear was released on his own recognizance on Sept. 17.

Robert Adam Todd, 38, Tama was arrested on a warrant by Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of no contact order-contempt. Todd was released on bond on Sept. 17.

Luis Felipe Ordaz Ochoa, 27, Marshalltown was arrested by Tama Police Department for eluding-speed 25 over limit, interference with official acts, speeding, failure to obey stop sign/yield, provide proof of financial liability, fraudulent use of registration, violation of no contact order-contempt, dark window/windshield, and driving while barred. Ordaz Ochoa was released on cash bond on Sept. 20.

Sept. 18

Darlin Leonel Sanchez Vallecilo, 21, Des Moines was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police for trespass-1st offense and false ID of law enforcement service officer. Sanchez Vallecilo was released on cash bond on Sept. 18.

Brandon James Draisey, 38, Altoona was arrested by Toledo Police Department for public intoxication, interference with official acts, and trespass-1st offense. Draisey was released on promise to appear on Sept. 19.

Sept. 19

Shanelle Amber Bear, 31, Toledo was arrested by Toledo Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear. Bear was released on surety bond on Sept. 20.

Sept. 20

Victor Pop Perez, 43, Toledo was arrested by Toledo Police Department for sex abuse-3rd degree-by force.

Codi Lyn Demaio, 33, Dubuque was arrested by Meskwaki Tribal Police for possession of drug paraphernalia, drug trafficking-meth, and drug tax stamp violations.
