Before Judge Fae Hoover-Grinde in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Isaac Allan Zimmerman, 25, entered a written guilty plea to a charge of assault. He was fined $315.

Zimmerman was originally cited for domestic assault on April 5 by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Bruce Rhoads.

Todd Anthony Chyma, 49, Toledo, entered a written guilty plea to 1st offense drunken driving. He was sentenced to two days in jail, fined $1,250 and directed to complete a 12-hour drinking drivers program.

Chyma was charged on July 24 at East Vine and south Church streets in Toledo by Toledo Police Officer Brian Randall.

Loren Wilfred Ewoldt, 82, Traer, pled guilty to 1st offense drunken driving. He was sentenced to two days in jail, fined $1,250 and directed to complete a 12-hour drinking drivers program.

Ewoldt was charged in the 1000 block of South Main Street in Traer on Aug. 12 by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Joe Quandt.

Shane Anthony Kapayou-Jarvis, 29, rural Tama, entered a written guilty plea to 1st offense drunken driving. He received a deferred judgment, was placed on unsupervised probation and directed to pay a $1,250 civil penalty. He was also directed to complete a 12-hour drinking drivers program.

Kapayou-Jarvis was charged in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 in Toledo on July 16 by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Trevor Killian.

Eric Matthew Ansonia, 31, Clutier, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He received a deferred sentence, was placed on unsupervised probation and was directed to pay a $315 civil penalty.

He was charged on July 8 in the 300 block of 3rd street in Clutier by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Joe Quandt.

Andrew Catherwood, 22, Tama, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He received a deferred sentence, was placed on unsupervised probation and was directed to pay a $315 civil penalty.

He was charged on June 25 in the 600 block of Hall Street, Tama, by Toledo Police Officer Dan Quigley.
