Johnson Strings to perform at 1st Presbyterian Church

The Johnson Strings will perform at the 1st Presbyterian Church in Toledo on Sun., April 29 at 10 a.m.

From the heartland of America, the Johnson Strings, an award-winning family string band, has been entertaining audiences across the Midwest for 6 vears.

Paul and Linda and their six children, ranging inage from 9-20, combine instrumental expertise and tight vocal harmony with their powerful performance and solid gospel message.

Playing violin, piano, viola, upright bass, cello, mandolin, banjo, harmonica and penny whistle, their styles include gospel, classical, bluegrass, Christian, and ragtime. They perform at events ranging from churches and festivals, to conventions, retreats, county fairs, retirement facilities. theatres, and private parties.
