Jill Biden, wife of Democrat presidential candidate and 2008-16 U.S. Vice President Joe Biden will make a campaign stop on Monday, Dec. 2, at 10 a.m. at the Toledo Public Library.

She is helping kick off Joe Biden’s “No Malarkey” eight-day, 18 county bus tour across Iowa. with stops to meet with caucus goers from across North Eastern and Central Iowa.

The Library will open at 9:30 a.m.
