Pioneer Hi-Bred was issued a building permit on Jan. 26 for a new 17,8465 sq. ft. treating building at the plant site 404 S. County Road in Toledo. The building cost is listed at $500,000.

The permit was reviewed on Monday, Feb. 13, by the Toledo City Council.
