Novalee Fontinel (5th):

The Student of the Month for October is Novalee Fontinel. Novalee is 10 years old and in 5th grade. Her family consists of her mother Kati, father Gabe, brother Dakota, grandma Connie, and her grandpa Kim. She enjoys reading, playing with her dog, taking care of the horses, and playing outside. Novalee is helpful, nice, and kind. Her advice for her classmates is to listen to the teachers.

Mariana Soto-Flores (5th):

Student Mariana Soto-Flores has earned student of the month for October! The 11-year-old 5th grader lives with her mother Lucia, her father Ramiro, her sister Regina, her sister Valeria, and her dog Chloe. She likes playing basketball in her free time. Her three best characteristics are being nice, smart, and responsible. She tells her classmates to try their best.

Autumn Elsbury (6th):

Congratulations to Autumn Elsbury who made great effort to be a student of the month for October. Autumn is 12 years old and in 6th grade. Her family members are her mom Brintley Elsbury, her dad Danny Elsbury, her sister Maeley Elsbury, and her brother Bowen Elsbury. She also has 47 chickens, 8 ducks, 27 quails, and 2 rabbits named Camo and Luna. Autumn enjoys hunting, fishing, crafts, and playing with her rabbits. Her three best characteristics are that she is kind, caring and funny. Autumn's advice for her classmates is to be more respectful to your teachers and classmates.

Garrett Surman (6th):

Congratulations to Garrett Surman for earning October Student of the Month! Garrett is 11 years old and is in 6th grade. His family members are his mom, dad, older brother Wyatt, and little brother Dalton. Garrett's favorite hobbies and extra curricular activities are math and football. His three best characteristics are his smartness, bravery, and kindness. Garrett's advice for his classmates are to stay off the IPads when you're not supposed to be on them. Congrats to Garrett!

Ryder Hill (7th):

7th grader Ryder Hill earned Student of the Month for October. He is 13 years old. He lives with his mom Claire, his dad Rob, his grandpa Russ, and his brother Roman. Ryder has 3 cats named Luna, Hazel, and Milo, and a dog named Gunner. He plays basketball, soccer, and is in 4H. His friends describe him as kind, friendly, and empathetic. His advice to his friends is to always be kind to everyone you meet. Congratulations Ryder Hill!

Sophie Shuckahosee (7th):

Sophie Shuckahosee is in 7th grade and 12 years old. Her family is Kathy and Charlie Shuckahosee and Corbin. Sophie likes to bead and sews. She is friendly, caring and also very helpful. Sophie's advice for her classmates to try their best in class and try to listen the best you can!

Dallas Goodenbour (8th):

Congratulations to Dallas Goodenbour for earning Student of the Month for October. He is 14 and lives with his parents Tina Monahan and Joe Goodenbour. He enjoys doing boy scouts. Dallas also has many great characteristics. Some of those are that he is kind, quiet and interesting. He also wants his other classmates to know to be quiet and only answer questions you know.

Wyatt Surman (8th):

Wyatt Surman is 13 years old and is in 8th grade. Wyatt's parents are Jon and Brandi Surman. He has 2 siblings, Garrett and Dalton. He also has many pets including Hank, Dixie, Ralph, Cotter, Pepper, Cash and Buck. He likes welding, roping, football, baseball, fishing and hunting. His 3 best characteristics are being smart, kind and cute. His advice is to turn in your assignments.
