Aug. 10

1:15 a.m.- Chad James Wolf, 37, Waterloo, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charge of violation of parole / probation, a warrant for failure to appear and a third warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 3:15 a.m.

5:25 p.m.- Joshua Dean Forrester, 30, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of West 4th Street on charges of domestic abuse assault- bodily injury, simulate public intoxication, interference with official acts and obstruct emergency communication by Tama Police.

Aug. 11

9:22 a.m.- Gregory Curtis Newsome Jr., 27, rural Tama, arrested at West 13th and Harding streets on three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance and a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released at 12:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Aug. 12

4 p.m.- Bryan Brady Ruiz, 24, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

10:25 p.m.- Stephanie Sophia Rodriguez-Gonzalez, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 1700 block of East 5th Street, Tama, on charges of driving under suspension, violation of restricted license and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police. Released on Aug. 13 at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Aug. 13

12:50 a.m.- Dawn Marie Murray, 46, rural Elberon, arrested in the 3000 block of 280th Street, rural Elberon, on charges of 4th degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond

12:50 a.m.- Billy Joe Evans, 45, rural Elberon, on charges of 4th degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 11:55 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:34 a.m.- Rainelle Jade Papakee, 22, rural Tama, arrested in the 1800 block of Business Highway 30, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, vehicle insurance violation and on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.

3:52 a.m.- Caleb John Moyer, 28, Marengo, arrested in the 300 block of Main Street, clutier, on a charge of violation of a no contact order - contempt by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.
