Market Report for June 7, 2019

What a super night for the Toledo Farmers' Market. At the strike of 5 the whistle blew and everyone was off to the tables.

Kristi brought plenty of small breads, cookies, bars, pies, rolls, rye bread, rolicky, kolaches, twisty and asparagus.

Duane and Peggy sit up their whirly gigs to twirl in the wind.

Caryn brought plenty of jams, jellies, assortment of favored popcorn, and a large assortment of snack mixes.

Vernon and Wilma brought eggs, and more eggs.

Darold brought sweet potato plants, radishes, onions, kale, bull blood beet greens, dill, and chives.

Shirley and Michael brought rolicky, bismarks, kolaches, and cookies.

Busy Bee Acres have been very busy. Jim and Penny brought an assortment of honey, cold process soap, plantain skin salve, lip balm, pawsome balm, solid lotion bars, repel, and dandelion & Arnica skin balm

Chuck and Ginger brought pies, crisps, breads, kolaches, popcorn, kohlrabi, radishes, lettuce, onions, eggs, and hot pepper powder.

Sheryl brought double hand oven mittens, kitchen boas, oven door towels, scrubbies, oven mitts, micro mitts, lid grippers, aprons, snuggle blankets, colorful ceramics', and some of Aromathea soy melts along with ceramic melt pots.

Fancy Fiber brought rugs, llama/alpaca handspun yarn, scarf's, purses, stocking hats, knit socks, cat toys, dryer balls, and bird nesters.

Janet brought small breads, angel food cakes, and cookies.

Joe and Barb brought breads,crisps, caramel /pecan rolls, spinach, kale, onions, kohlrabi, radishes, and small pies.

Julie had her yard art set up and sparkling in the sun light.

Your Plate or Mine brought small loaves of sweet breads, cookies and rice crispy bars.

Tables are starting to fill up along with vendor spots. Be sure to come on out to the Toledo Farmers Market and make your market purchases.

This week, June 14, David Gray will be playing his guitar at 4:45pm. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy some country/blue grass music. See you at market.
