Aug. 9

11:30 a.m.- Katelynn Jo Smith, 23, Hampton, arrested at the Franklin County Jail, Hampton, on a charge of 4th degree theft. Released on Aug. 10 at 1:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:28 p.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 25, Montour, arrested at a location not noted in the Press Arrest Log on two counts of forgery by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

7:55 p.m.- Alexander Ismail Garcia-Rodriguez, 43, Chelsea, arrested in the 400 block of Jacob Street, Chelsea, on a charge of falsely claiming emergency by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on Aug. 10 at 1:30 p.m. on order of the court.

12:15 p.m.- Rusti Leanne Robinson, 37, Toledo, arrested at a location not noted in the Press Arrest Log on a charge of harassment by communication.

11:34 p.m.- Celina Marie Victor, 22, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of red Earth Drive, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Aug. 11

6:57 a.m.- Ahren Michael Schultz, 29, Waterloo, arrested in the 2400 block of U.S. Highway 63, rural Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on Aug. 12 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Aug. 12

9:45 p.m.- Rony Patricio Ramirez-Sandoval, 27, Toledo, arrested on 2nd Avenue on charges of interference with official acts and 2nd offense public intoxication by Toledo Police.

Aug. 13

6:30 a.m.- William Allen Archer IV, 32, Davenport, arrested at the Tama County Jail, Toledo, on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 11:50 a.m. after pleading guilt.y

Aug. 14

1:43 a.m.- Benny Richard Bitterlie III, 25, rural Chelsea, arrested at Business Highway 30 at Oakland Drive, Tama, on charges of driving under suspension,

vehicle insurance violation and operating without registration by Toledo Police. Released at 11:154 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:33 a.m.- Jessica anita Perez, 28, Marshalltown, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue, on a charge of criminal trespassing an a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released at 2:320 p.m. after pleading guilty.

8:20 a.m.- Channing Robert Williams, 29, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
