Before Magistrate Richard Vander Mey:

Faye Louise Dudley, 56, Cedar Rapids, was found innocent of vehicle following too closely following trial. Magistrate Vander Mey said in this ruling he found both witnesses credible and recommended Dudley have the speedometer of her car checked. The charge was filed on June 13 on U.S. Highway 30 at mile marker 209 by State trooper Jared Rude.
