Aug. 2

12:03 p.m.- Bryan Leigh Herrold, 46, Marion, arrested at Union Grove Lake, rural Gladbrook, on charges of 2nd offense public intoxication and disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on Aug. 3 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10p.m.-Shameka Lashawne Washpun, 34, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on two charges of simple assault and two warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 3 at 10:41 a.m. on unsecured bond.

Aug. 4

2:44a.m.-Rodolfo Marcelino Jr., 35, Marshalltown, arrested in the 2300 block of Tama County Road E29 on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and driving without a license, by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 1:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:44 a.m.- Rambo Marco Sadie, 28, Marshalltown, arrested in the 2300 block of Tama county Road E29 on charges of 4th degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct 4th degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Released at 1:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:30 p.m.- Alicia Faye MeHaffy, 35, Beaman, arrested in the 300 block of McMartin Street, Beaman, on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

Aug. 5

1:43 a.m.- Emily Francis Youngbear, 26, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Red Earth Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Aug. 6

9:34 p.m.- Kolby James Starits, 21, Waterloo, arrested in the 400 block of North County Road on chares of domestic abuse assault impeding air or blood flow, assault causing bodily injury and false imprisonment by Toledo Police.

Aug. 7

1:06 p.m.- Sedrick Nathan Keahna, 23, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshallotwn, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

4:34 p.m.- Judy Rae VerBeek, 33, Albion, arrested at Cissy's, LeGrand, on a charge of 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 7:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Two juveniles charged with disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. No other information was provided on the Press arrest Record.

Aug. 8

5:37 p.m.- Amy Renee Rice, 40, rural Dysart, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toeldo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 6:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.

5:41 p.m.- Ray Gene Tahawah Jr., 50, Tama, arrested in th3 100 block of East 6th Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Reelased at 8:10 p.m. after posting cash bond.
