The Bohemian Plum Festival is set for Friday, Aug. 1 and Saturday, Aug. 2, in Clutier.
On Friday enjoy the Flea Market from 2 p.m.-7 p.m. and the Jim Busta Band from 7 p.m.-9 p.m.
Saturday will be full of events starting with a "Bohemian 5K Run and Walk" at 8 a.m.
The Veteran's and Grand Parade begins at 11 a.m. Storm Seymour will perform from noon -1 p.m.
There will also be lots of activities for kids including a Superhero Kiddie Parade at 1:30 p.m. and Kiddie Tractor Pulls at 2:30 p.m.
The auction at the Clutier Public Library begins at 4 p.m.
After all of this you will have certainly worked up an appetite. Enjoy the Fireman's Hog Roast from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. and the sweet sounds of Richie Lee from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
After the Clutier Street Cruise at 7:30 p.m. stick around and boogie down at the Street Dance sponsored by Czech Point at 9 p.m.
If you get hungry throughout the day be sure to check out the Czech Point restaurant and Pub, Czech Bakery featuring Bernice's Kolaches, Linda's Rohlicky, Shirley's Buchty and Zelnicky and Kirsti's Tea Rings.
You can also munch on food from the Tama County Pork Producers, Indian Tacos, Kettle Corn, Trinkets and Bohemian Tacos.
