The public is being asked to assist in identifying the man pictured in the accompanying photo by the Toledo Police Department. The grab is from surveillance video at Kwik Star on Business Route 30 West in Toeldo at 12 noon on Monday, June 21, 2014. Police say the man placed $72.21 of unleaded fuel in a red, newer model, Chevrolet Silverado truck which had no license plate attached. After fueling, he entered the store briefly to use the restroom facility and then walked out. He then left Kwik Star in the truck without paying for the fuel. If anybody has information on the identify of this man, you are asked to call Toledo Police Chief Bob Kendall- 641-484-3013. You may remain anonymous.
