Summer is officially here, summer reading has begun. Our first program for grades 1 & up was Tuesday June 10. We had an attendance of 96.
Our topic was weather and weather spotter Randy Cooper from rural Toledo was our presenter. Randy was able to come on very short notice, our TV weather person that was scheduled was unable to come. Thanks Randy!
We all made cloud ID weather windows, and played with rain sticks and tornado bottles.

Our game was Pin the Atom on Einstein, and for a treat we had gummy worms and Kool-aide.
Our drawing winners were: Jaycie Graves, Jasmine Ramos, Isabelle Johnannsen, Izaih Benda, Charlie McFatridge, Dallas Dalton, Jonathan Ohman, Carlos Bolanos, Austin Ellenbecker, Eduardo Barriartos, Laurel Upah, Caleb Ragsdale, Jennifer Manyo, Hope Werner, Kortney Babinat, Jacob Ohman, Caleb Reece, Rolando Keahna, Jimena Nunez, Missy Smith, and Joseph Withrow. Prizes were t-shirts, googly glasses, wheelie games, flash cards or light sticks.
Thursday's program for grade P and K was Thursday June 12th. We read stories about Colors, made color tops, played the Einstein game and had a treat. Our drawing winners were: Rayden Hill, Malania OldBear, Janelle Matta, Ayden Dunsmoor, Taylor Dolezal, Makaela Hill, Amina Mekanovic, Mya Makonovich, Treyven Arp, Giselle Herrera, Rebecca Cole, Christopher Rubio, and Eric Nunez. Total attendance on Thursday was 30.
Week two will be a lot of fun too; the Grout Museum Outreach person will be here Tuesday to present "Colorful Chemistry".
