Before Magistrate Ann Kuhter:

Jon Harris, 50, rural Chelsea was found guilty following trial of 5th degree theft for a bad check to Fareway, Toledo. He was fined and assessed court costs totaling $376 and directed to pay $121 restitution to Fareway. The charge was filed by Toledo Police.

Glen Richards Arthurs, 27, rural Montour, failed to appear for trial on a charge of violation of no contact order and was adjudged guilty. He was fined and assessed court costs totaling $427. Toledo Police filed the charge.
