The State Bank of Toledo is reporting it is using the current economic growth as an opportunity to expand our footprint within the community. Jerimi Kopsa, vice president, said, "As the only bank headquartered in the Tama-Toledo community, we see this investment as a strategic move to grow with our customers."
The bank's existing facility at 1003 South County Road (U.S. Highway 63) was not intended to staff the current number of employees, and as computer equipment has become more prevalent in the banking industry additional space to house this equipment is becoming a hurdle, according to a news release.
Although the existing space will not see major changes, the new space will provide 2,550 additional square feet of office space and storage to help meet the demands of our customers. "We look forward to completing the project this fall, and hope this space will allow us the opportunity to provide our new and existing customers with the service and comfort they deserve," Kopsa said.

No changes are planned at the main location of The State Bank of Toledo at 100 East High St. according to Kopsa.
