April 16

1:46 p.m.- Brenton James Roberts, 32, addresses of Tama and Montour, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30 on a warrant for violation of terms of probation and for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

April 17

8:30 p.m.- Benjamin Burdette Naniot, 27, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of Grant Street on chagres of simple assault and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on April 18 at 9:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

April 18

2:45 a.m.- Dale Allen Blackcloud Jr., 31, rural Tama arrested in the 1100 block of East 5th Street on a charge of 2nd offense public intoxication by Tama Police. Released at 5:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

April 19

6:17 a.m.- Taylor Kenneth Johnson, 18, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and driving on the wrong side of roadway by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 4:10 p.m.

5:57 p.m.- Nathan Wayne Jones, 32, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff's Office in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Sheriff's Office.

11:15 p.m.- James Franklin anderson, 34, rural Tama, arrested at 3t0th and I Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on april 20 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

April 20

11:05 p.m.- Michelle Renee Hoag, 34, rural Tama, arrested in the 3200 block of E Avenue, Montour, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on april 21 at 11:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:07 p.m.- Jeremiah Lee Johnson, 38, rural Montour, arrested as a parole / probation violator at E Avenue and Tama County Road E49 by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.
