March 2

7:19 a.m.- Douglas James Smith, 52, Marshalltown, arrested at 250th Street and Tama County Road T47, Garwin, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 5:49 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:22 p.m.- Adam Paul Shively, 27, Marshalltown, arrested in the 500 block of Beautiful Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police. Transferred at 5:02 p.m.

11:31 p.m.- Kerry Lee Fleming, 30, Gladbrook, arrested at Cissy's, LeGrand, on charges of sex offender registry violation, 2nd or subsequent offense, sex offender - false information, 2nd or subsequent offense and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

March 3

9:05 a.m.- Pierce Stillman Wanatee, 21, addresses of rural Tama and Toledo, arrested at Covenant Hospital, Waterloo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

8:44 p.m.- George Youngbear III, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Springs Road on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 4 at 3:55 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

March 4

2:17 a.m.- Edward C. Dailey III, 56, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the 202 Exit on the U.S. Highway 30 Expressway on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released at 12:55 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:50 a.m.- Douglas Edward Cadotte, 40, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Springs Road as a parole / probation violator by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

10:25 p.m.- Gregory Curtis Newsome Jr., 22, Urbandale, arrested in the 100 block of West 3rd Street, Tama, on a charge of criminal trespassing and on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on March 5 at 9:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

March 5

11 a.m.- Elizabeth Jenae Hays, 33, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of 1st Street, Garwin, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on March 6 at 11 a.m. on unsecured bond.

Noon- Joshua eugene Schoenhut, 30, Montour, arrested at the Tama county Sheriff's Office on a charge of 1st degree harassment by the Sheriff's Office.

8:21 p.m.- Ceisha Rose Vanwey, 22, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama county Sheriff's Office on a warrant by Toledo Police.
