3:11 a.m.- Demitruis Edward Spencer, 22, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street, Toledo, on charges of assault on a peace officer / others in professional capacity, operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent and interference with official acts by Tama Police. Arrested at 4:01 a.m. at the same location on a warrant and a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released on Feb. 21 at 1:35 p.m. on surety bond.
