Windstar will have a bus at the SHOPKO parking lot in Toledo at 11am on Wednesday, January 22nd!! The bus will be departing from SHOPKO at 11:3 0am. I would like everyone to meet in the parking lot by 11:15 at the very latest. This includes people that are willing to drive their own cars down and have room for others to ride along. Staff at IJH are a family, and I have no doubt that the Tama/Toledo community is as well, if you have an extra spot in your vehicle, please offer it to someone. The bus holds 56 people....I want to see THREE times that many people in the parking lot Wednesday morning!!! Bus will leave the capitol to come back to Tama at 5:30pm that night. Bus will be first come/first serve, but I am sure that everyone will be willing to work together to make sure that those who do not otherwise have transportation, will be given priority on riding the bus. I can't stress enough the importance of a very strong attendance for this is absolutely CRUCIAL!!! Tell everyone you know, have them bring a friend, have their friend bring a friend!!! This is our time to be seen and heard in the very backyard of the governor himself...let's make sure we make a statement!!!! Thank you to Bill Eggers for lining up the transportation! Allison Graham will be posting flyers around town with these details. This is a great opportunity to meet with your legislators, have your voice be heard, and help fight for the youth of Iowa. They need, and DESERVE quality service and treatment. Thank you in advance for telling everyone you know about this and showing up on Wednesday, we need and appreciate your support. My parents will be coming down from Fayette, Iowa...invite people from all across the state, thanks to everyone for all of your assistance in getting the word out!!
