Sept. 25

12:50 a.m.- Delcie Jan Whitebreast, 27, Toledo, arrested in the 1100 block of South Prospect on a charge of 3rd degree harassment by the Tama County Sheriff's Office

3:48 p.m.- Ginger Lea Jefferson, 57, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of East 3rd St. as an arrest of a material witness by Tama Police.

4:17 p.m.- Justin Jerome Jefferson, 38, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Harmon Street for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred on Sept. 26 at 12:20 p.m.

8:19 p.m.- Eric Ramone Lasley, 38, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Sept. 27

7:42 a.m.- Darcy Lee Davenport, 28, rural Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 1:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:54 a.m.- Shane Anthony Kapayou-Jarvis, 28, rural Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of obstructing emergency telephone call by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 12:50 p.m. after pleading guilty.

10:20 a.m.- Ginger Lea Jefferson, 57, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a charge of 1st degree murder by Tama Police.

3:09 p.m.- Ellsworth Youngbear Jr., 43, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Red Earth Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

4:08 p.m.- Austin Mario Shoemaker-Garcia, 18, Chelsea, arrested in the 400 block of Wilson Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.

Sept. 28

12:23 a.m.- Pierce Stillman-Wanatee, 20, addresses of rural Tama and Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East 5th Street on charges of possession of alcohol under age, disorderly conduct, violation of a no contact / protective order, public intoxication and interference with official acts by Tama Police.
