On Sunday, November 10th at 2 p.m. we will be presenting a program called "Songs of War." This group will be singing and telling about each song and war it was being sung. The time span starts with the Civil War through the Vietnam War. This is the start of a music series that is still being worked out. More about this later.
Don't forget our annual "Trivia Night" on Saturday, November 23 at 7 p.m. at the REinig Center.
Sunday, November 24 at 2 p.m. "Monroe Crossing" , a country Blue Grass music group will be performing on stage at the Wieting.
Christmas season starts in Tama-Toledo with the Chamber of Commerce planning a day of fun, entertainment and food on Saturday, November 30. At the theatre Lincoln Savings Bank will be sponsoring a free movie for everyone. Starting time is 7 p.m.
Also, Christmas is being celebrated with a music program directed by Ora Mae Bro. This takes place at the Wieting on Sunday afternoon, December 8. They will be giving two performances.
