Before District Court Judge Patrick R. Grady in Tama County District Court in Toledo:
Adam Dean Bingham, 18, rural Montour, entered a written guilty plea to 1st offense drunken driving. He received a deferred sentence, was assessed a $625 civil penalty, was directed to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and follow any treatment recommendations and to complete a 12-hour drinking drivers program.
Bingham was charged in a County Attorney's information filed on Dec. 15, 2012.
Deralliac Jermaine Luckett, 36, Tama, entered a written guilty plea to driving while barred. He was fined $625.
Luckett was charged on June 3 in the 200 block of U.S. Highway 63 by Tama Police Officer Jason Bina.
Bruce Patrick Mask, 57, Traer, entered a written guilty plea to 2nd offense drunken driving. He as sentenced to 14 days in jail with credit for any item already served and fined $1,875. Mask was directed to pay daily sheriff's jail fees.
He was charged on June 5 at 1st and Walnut streets in Traer by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Joe Quandt.
