Before Magistrate Richard Vander Mey:

Francesca Angelique Papakee, 30, rural Tama, was found guilty of unlawful passing of a stopped school bus following trial. She was fined and assessed court costs totaling $281. She was charged on April 8 at the Arrowhead Mobile Home Park by Toledo Police.

Cody Thomas Massengale, 27, Montezuma, failed to appeared for trial and was adjudged guilty of failure to obey a traffic light. He was fined and assessed court costs totaling $221. The charge was filed by the Tama county Sheriff's Office.
