Three-generation Toledo business receives double awards as farm supply dealers

Steve Ries account Manager for Hubbard feeds, congratulates the team at Dolezal Farm Supply of Toledo for their successes in the livestock feed business.

Doug and Deb Dolezal attended the awards banquet and received the New Frontier Silver Dealer Award and the Silver Dealer Growth Award in July.

Dolezal Farm Supply was started in the feed business in 1957 with father Edward Dolezal in a two-stall garage on the farm in the country.

Doug became the outside salesman in 1978

Doug and Deb Dolezal purchased the business in 1985 and moved to their present location in Toledo.

Dolezal Farm Supply provide years of experience and knowledge to their large population of beef feedlot and cow/calf operations in Tama County.

What is unique about Dolezal Farm Supply:

Gaining trust from their customers is "key" and return business is very important. A recent customer appreciation event had 500-600 people in the room to celebrate 56 years in the livestock business.

Dolezal Farm Supply recently brought in the third generation with welcoming son Darron and daughter-in-law Elizabeth to carry on the future of this tradition.

The Dolezals enjoy spending time with family and friends, golfing when not managing their 12 employees in their "doing what it takes to finish the job right work place."
