Before Judge Fae Hoover-Grinde in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Diego Royce Lasley Sanache, 23, rural Tama, pled guilty to possession of marijuana, He received a deferred judgment and was placed on self-supervised probation and directed to pay a $300 enrollment fee to the Department of Correctional Services. He also was assessed a $315 civil penalty and directed to complete a substance abuse evaluation and follow through on any recommendations.

Sanache was charged on Feb. 1 at a location not noted in court records by Tama County deputy Sheriff Bryan Ellenbecker.

RonaldWayne Gohring, 47, Marshalltown, pled guilty to 2nd degree harassment. He received a deferred judgement, was assessed a $315 civil penalty and placed on unsupervised probation.

Gohring was accused on Dec. 6, 2012, of recording a voice message threatening bodily harm to another by Toledo Police Officer Andrea Young.

Before Judge Douglas S. Russell:

Jason Randall Himschoot, 31, Traer, entered a written guilty plea to a charge of child endangerment-substantial risk child endangerment. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days already served and fined and assessed court costs totaling $844. The sentences is concurrent with those being served for domestic abuse 2nd offense, child endangerment and 3rd degree burglary.

Himschoot was charged on March 6, 2012, after an alleged domestic dispute in Traer by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Bruce Rhoads. A County Attorney's information was filed in the case on March 23, 2012.
