Before Judge Sean W. McPartland in Tama County District Court in Toledo:
Gwendolyn Shiree Murray, 32, Cedar Rapids, pled guilty to charges of trespassing and providing false identification information. She was fined $65 and assessed court costs.
Murray was charged on May 25, 2012, with entering the Meskwaki Bingo Casino, rural Tama, while barred and trying to retrieve $420 in money described as being kept in safe keeping by providing false identification. The trespassing charge was filed by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and the identity charge was filed in a County Attorney's information.
A charge of identity theft was dismissed.
Conde Olu Anderson, 45, Marshalltown, entered a written guilty plea to a charge of driving while barred. He was fined $625 and sentenced to 25 days in jail with credit for 25 days already served.
Anderson was cited in a County Attorney's information filed on June 3.
Bennie Richard Bitterlie III, 20, rural Chelsea, entered a written guilty plea on charges of maintaining a premise for drugs. On the drug premises charge he received suspended two year prison sentence and a fine of $625 was also suspended. He was placed on probation for two years to the 6th Judicial District Department of Correctional Services and was directed to pay a $300 enrollment fee. He was fined $315 on the marijuana charge and his driver's license was revoked for 180 days.
Bitterlie was charged on Sept. 23, 20123, for possession of marijuana by Tama County Deputy Sheriff David Rangel and in a County Attorney's information on the drug premises charge.
