Tama Co. Fair is underway

Events at the 2013 Tama County were set to begin Tuesday afternoon with judging of non-livestock entries.

The fairgrounds on the northwest side of Gladbrook will be alive with activity each day through Sunday.

There' events until 8 p.m. each night except Friday, July 19, when the Fair Dance runs until midnight.

Here's the complete fair schedule:

July 16 - 21

TUESDAY, JULY 16

4 p.m.Non-livestock judging in Rogers & Klinefelter Buildings

WEDNESDAY,

JULY 17

8 a.m. Flag raised - Tama County Veterans

8 a.m. to 1 p.m.- Livestock Entered

9 a.m.- Rogers & Klinefelter Non-Livestock Exhibit Buildings Open

1 p.m.- Bottle Lamb Interviews

4 p.m.- Fashion Show Practice

5:30 p.m.- Pet Show

6 p.m.- Dog Show

8 p.m.- Rogers & Klinefelter Non-Livestock Exhibit Buildings Close

8 p.m.- Flag down - Clutier Cowboys & Cowgirls

THURSDAY,

JULY 18

6:30 a.m.- Farm Credit Breakfast

8 a.m.- Flag raised - Tama County Veterans
