Andrew Xavier Ramirez , 22, Marshalltown, failed to appear for trial on a charge of 5th degree theft involving 14 items checked out from the Toledo Public Library and allegedly not returned.
He was adjudged guilty and assessed a fine and court costs totaling $375. He was also directed to pay $86 restitution to the library.
The items were originally checked out on Aug. 30, 2012. Toledo Police filed the theft charge.
Ralph Edward Stevenson, 52, Marshalltown, failed to appear for trial on a charge of driving while license suspended and was adjudged guilty. He was assessed a fine and court costs totaling $398. The charge was field by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
Autumn Blackcloud, 45, rural Tama, failed to appear for trial on a charge of no driver's license. She was adjudged guilty and assessed a fine and court costs totaling $419. The charge was filed by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.
