Proposed rebuilding of the Otter Creek Marsh headquarters west of Chelsea was scheduled to be before the Iowa Natural Resources Commission on Thursday July 11.

Four bids were received by a June 20 deadline for work which is intended "to provide adequate working space for employees and meet Americans with Disabilities Act requirements" according to the commission agenda.

It is noted the present building houses work space for four full-time employees and seasonal employees who are responsible for management of more than 15,000 acres of public wildlife land.
