6:50 p.m.- Felisha Ruby Kapayou, 21, rural Tama, arrested at 230th Street and Tama County Road T47 on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.
