June 8

9:05 p.m.- Vincent LeRoy Spoonmore, 59, Newton, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and O Avenue on charge of driving while barred, driving while license revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Iowa State Patrol.

11:45 p.m.- Maurice Wayne Wabaunasee, 56, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of open container of alcohol as motor vehicle passenger by Toledo Police.

11:45 p.m.- Keith Ederick Mitchell, 56, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and eluding police by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on June 10 at 11:49 a.m.

June 9

9:02 a.m.- Lance Mandell Walker, 33, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West Business Highway 30 on two counts of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on June 10 at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

6:52 p.m.- Travis Aaron Davenport, 38, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Meskwaki Road on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, eluding / attempting to elude law enforcement, interference with official acts, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, reckless driving and failure to obey stop sign by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on June 10 at 2:24 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

June 10

10 a.m.- Chad DeWayne Webber, 18, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on June 14 at 3:33 p.m. after serving time.

8:45 p.m.- Allen Michael Verbeek, 36, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of Liberty Street on a charge of harassment of a public official by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 10:05 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Fernando Vargas-Ceja, 32, rural Chelsea, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff's Office, Toledo, on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury, child endangerment and on a warrant by the Sheriff's Office. Released on June 11 at 8:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.
