A popular class takes place at Wayne Gibson's home south of Tama on Highway 63. His home is easy to spot because his large yard is filled with flower gardens.
He has the usual and the unusual perennials, which makes his yard filled with color.
Mr. Gibson will take you on a tour of his gardens and answer questions about his flowers. He is an avid gardener, and you will see firsthand what you could accomplish by planting perennials. His class meets on Monday, June 24, at 6:30
