South Tama High graduation set for Sunday; Meskwaki High is on Saturday

South Tama High School:

A total of 104 seniors are slated to graduate from South Tama High School on Sunday, May 19.

The Class of 2013 commencement exercises begin at 2 p.m. at the South Tama High School Gymnasium, 1715 Harding, Tama.

Faculty speaker will be high school Government teacher Seth Koch. He will share the podium with class speakers Jessie Brezina and Zach Stegman.

Class representatives are Brady Ellenbecker, Grace Kavalier, Clay Waterbury and Jessie Brezina.

Class colors are the traditional Columbia Blue and Black with the white rose as the class flower.

The class motto is "Together we have experienced life, separately we will pursue our dreams, and forever our memories will remain."

The class song is "Hall of Fame."

Meskwaki High School:

Meskwaki High School will award diplomas to 15 seniors on Saturday, May 18.

Commencement ceremonies will begin at 2 p.m. in the Meskwaki High School Gymnasium, 1610 305th St., Tama.

A reception is planned following the graduation.

For the Meskwaki High School Class of 2013 the flower is the Lotus. The class mascot is a Panda Bear.

The class song is "'Till I Get There" by Lupe Fiasco.

"Live Long and Prosper" is the?Class motto.
