March 29

5:19 a.m.- Edgar Fabian Hernandez, 26, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of Prospect Drive on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police. Released at 10:25 p.m. after pleading guilty.

12:30 p.m.- Diaz Vincent Sheridan, 25, rural Montour, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

Juvenile arrested by Tama Police. No other information was included in the Arrest Press Log.

March 31

12:08 a.m.- Dalton Dominic Behounek, 20, Gladbrook, arrested in the 1800 block of M Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and possession of alcohol under legal age by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:07 p.m.- Phillip Tarrell Davis, 20, homeless, arrested at Cissy's Convenience Store, LeGrand, on a charge of false report to law enforcement and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

April 1

8 p.m.- Todd William Stewart, 48, homeless, arrested at County Road T47 and Iowa Highway 96 on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on April 2 at 9:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

April 2

4:29 a.m.- Shayna Rose Wanatee, 28, addresses of Montour and Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of Red Earth Drive, rural Tama, on charges of criminal trespassing, public intoxication and interference with official acts by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

7:30 a.m.- Lester Tobias Lasley, 36, Toledo, arrested as a parole / probation violator at the Tama County Sheriff's Office in Toledo by the Sheriff's Office.
