March 22

7:25 p.m.- Phillip Tarrell Davis, 22, homeless, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a charge of violation of a no contact order by Toledo Police. Released on March 23 at 11:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

March 23

12:55 a.m.- Donald Ray Zahnd, 43, Melbourne, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a charge of domestic abuse-strangulation by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on March 23 at 10:50 a.m.

2 a.m.- Richard James Dolan III, 18, Marshalltown, arrested at mile marker 196 on the U.S. Highway 30 Expressway on a charge of violation of a domestic abuse protection order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:25 p.m.- Tony Adam Harris, 24, Toledo arrested in the 100 block of East 3rd Street on warrants for failure to appear and violation of terms of probation by Tama Police. Transferred out at 8:10 a.m.

March 25

10:23 a.m.- Macey Lynn Betts, 19, rural Gladbrook, arrested in the 2100 block of C Avenue, rural Gladbrook, on a charge of 5th degree theft.

1 p.m.- Joshua B. Arcelo, 30, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

March 27

Noon- Thomas Eugene Schons Jr., 38, Cedar Falls, arrested at the Grundy County Jail in Grundy Center on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on March 28 at 11:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

March 28

9 a.m.- Maria Guadalupe Llera, 43, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of East Marshall Street on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police.

2:05 p.m.- William Ray Rhoades, 21, Toledo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sher
