Before Judge Mitchell E. Turner in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Beverly Mae Putter, 52, Toledo, pled guilty to 2nd offense drunken driving. She was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $1,875.

Putter was charged on April 30 in the 300 block of K Avenue by Toledo Police Officer Brian Randall.

Brent Lee Skinner, 48, rural Garwin pled guilty to 2nd offense drunken driving. He was sentenced to two years in prison with all but a seven-day jail term suspended. Skinner will be allowed to serve the time in the Polk County jail. He was also fined $1,875 and placed on self-supervised probation for two years.

Skinner was charged on July 7, 2012, on U.S. Highway 63 by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Bryan Ellenbecker.

Marco Armenta-Zarco, 23, Waterloo, entered a written guilty plea to 1st offense drunken driving. He was sentenced to eight days in jail with credit for eight days already served and fined $1,250.
