Before Magistrate Richard Vander Mey:

Juan Francisco Ascencio, 46, LeGrand, was granted a deferred judgement and placed on self-supervised probation on a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Court costs of $60 were assigned to Meskwaki Police and $40 to Ascencio.

Derek James Slocum, 26, Marshalltown, failed to appear in court on a charge of driving while license suspended. A consent judgement was entered and Slocum was fined and assessed court costs totaling $398. The charge was filed by the Iowa State Patrol.
