Each year on Super Bowl Sunday, the First Presbyterian Church youth of Toledo join together with Super Bowl of Caring teams across the nation to tackle hunger and poverty. There are 7,000 groups nation-wide.
This was the eleventh year the Toledo Presbyterian youth have taken part.
The youth group serves a soup lunch after church and collects a donation. All of the donations are given to local organizations. They also collect food items.

This year it was voted to split the donations and given to he Tama County Humane Society Animal Shelter, the Tama-Toledo Ministerial Association and the South Tama Food Pantry.
The youth set up for the lunch, help serve and then do the clean up and dishes.
It is a great mission project with all the donations given locally.
