Feb. 28

5:07 p.m.- Dustin Jerome Jefferson, 37, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

9:02 p.m.- Jeremy Keith Aschbrenner, 25, Evansdale, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail in Waterloo on a forgery charge and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

March 1

3:29 p.m.- Charlene Ann Schuman-Deegan, 50, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail in Waterloo on a charge of 4th degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

9:44 p.m.- Jim Eugene Pinkerton Jr., 19, Grinnell, arrested in the 1100 block of South Church Street on a charge of possession or marijuana, 3rd or subsequent offense, by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on March 2 at 11:30 a.m.

9:44 p.m.- Jacob Charles Willis, 20, Grinnell, arrested in the 1100 block of South Church Street on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Toledo Police. Released on March 2 at 11:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:44 p.m.- David Lee Miller, 18, Grinnell, arrested in the 1100 block of South Church Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, eluding or attempting to elude a law enforcement vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.

Released on March 2 at 1:30 p.m. after posting surety bond.

10:15 p.m.- Rita Marie Tesar, 34, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of public intoxication and interference with official acts by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

March 2

1:57 p.m.- Luz Maria Verdinez-Garcia, 38, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2800 block of K Avenue, rural Toledo, on charges of interference with official acts and assault on a police officer / jailer / health care worker. Released on March 3 at 10:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:19 p.m.- Dustin Jerome Jefferson, 37, Toledo, arrested as a probation / parole violator in the 600 block of East High Street by Toledo Police.
